Virtual Assistant for managing Airbnb & [login to view URL] accounts

for a dedicated and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team and help with a variety of administrative & marketing tasks. This could be an ongoing relationship that will evolve overtime into defined responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience with Airbnb and/or [login to view URL] and with channel managers within the short-term rental industry.
Calendar management: ensure all rental calendars are up-to-date across different platforms.
Listing management: configure properties on various platforms such as Airbnb, [login to view URL]… and channel managers involved.
Host communication: respond promptly to online inquiries from hosts and managers, via email, chat and Slack.
- Develop Facebook, Instagram & Google presence
- General admin support
- Creating and presenting reports
- The assistant should be available for regular daily assistance as well as on an as-needed basis.
- Fluent spoken and written English & Spanish
- Experience with listing properties on booking websites
- High computer skills
- PC and reliable Internet connection for video conferencing
Highly valued (in order of importance):
- Experience with a channel manager (Guesty, Hostify, Smoobu, Lodgify…)
- Advanced use of Google Sheets
- Minor graphic design
Initially this is a part time role for 15 / 20 hours per week. No need for availability on specific hours, you can do it on your own time between now and then, except customers enquiries that must be responded within 2 hours.
