This is likely a one to three month project with possibilities to be longer term. I am looking at 20 to 30 hours a week, and possibly more in the first month.

You must understand English well. All my team is English speaking — some as a first language and some as a second language.
You must be SUPER ORGANIZED and excellent at follow-through … as I am very organized and follow-through. If you are not, it will not work.
I have 90 podcasts that need created into content including transcribing, writing into articles and created into videos.
I have the transcribers, writers and video producers.
I need a virtual content assistant to:
1) Download podcast audios and get to the transcribers to complete transcriptions (you must know how to download from website source code or be willing and able to learn from me),
2) Get podcast transcriptions to the writers to write articles,
3) Get articles to the editor to proofread
4) Get podcast audios and pictures to the video producer
5) Get the final articles and videos to the right team members to upload to social media and websites.
You will be the glue that keeps the content creation together and moving forward.
This is project management. We are testing using Basecamp for this project. You must know how to use Basecamp or a project management software that you suggest to us.
