Do you have experience with back-office tasks such as proofreading, internet research, assisting with recruiting and marketing, and light accounting? Can you communicate professionally (in email and on Zoom) in English? Are you available during traditional North American work hours? If so our 100% virtual company has an opening for a virtual assistant. This will be a regular, part-enagement for 20-30 hours per week. Specific responsibilities include: - Recording banking transactions in Airtable (if you know Excel, you can learn Airtable) - Assist with posting job listings, screening applicants, and administering skills test. - Proofread documents and reviewing video / interactive content for errors - Set up automated marketing mailings - Schedule internal and client meetings - Perform general clerical work and assist the team with other tasks on an as-needed basis. - General administrative / clerical tasks Candidates will be expected to pass a paid, timed skills test.
