Hi, We are looking for a virtual assistant to assist our digital marketing agency on a weekly basis. The job will center around our own marketing techniques for client acquisition. We are looking for someone who is an independent results driven worker. We like creativity in different ways to solve problems. The tasks initially will be very straight forward and we will train with opportunities to expand from there. Must feel comfortable with typing English fluently, checking/responding to emails, and some minor Excel/Word tasks. Can discuss pay in interview after all details/questions are answered. We create listings using either the Manage Inventory or Feeds/CSV in an excel file. We also help Sellers in creating a Parent-Child Variations. Sometimes we are the ones who collect all the information of a product and have it filed in an excel sheet to make sure that uploading the inventory on the website will be successful. We look after the images as well. To make sure that Sellers follow all the instructions in uploading the images on the website. Dealing with sellers in terms of A to Z claims, Refunds, FBA Inventory, Brand Registry, Buyer-Seller Messages, Seller Performance/ Account Health, and so on. Those are the common things that we do for our Sellers.
