Job description: We need an experienced and capable Personal Assistant to support a busy team in Silicon Valley. The right person will enjoy virtually working in an active, fast-paced, high energy team and performing open-ended, unstructured creative tasks. International experience, living and/or studying in Europe, Asia or other regions of the World is a plus. Duties may include among others: - Scheduling meetings and calls - Arranging travel, including visa support - Organizing documents, bills, general bookkeeping, etc. - Creating presentations and reports - Planning events, taking over thank you gifts/cards - Organizing digital photo and video content Requirements: - Tech Savvy; Mac proficient and comfortable with a variety of applications including MS office, Google Suite, Eventbrite, productivity tools, photo editing tools, etc. - Strong organizational skills - Project management experience - Experience working as PA - Strong writing and communication skills - Attention to detail - Flexible, capable of effectively managing their time - Positive attitude towards life and work - University/college degree - Fluent in English and Russian
