We (my business partner and I) are looking for a virtual personal assistant that can helps with below:
1. Organise calendar and schedule meetings for me and my business partner.
2. Assist in dealing with personal matters.
3. Provide administrative support to office matters (e.g. water ordering and office facilities management).
4. Coordinate and liaise with external parties and internal staff.
5. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
1. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
2. Independent and attentive to details.
3. High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality.
Remote work is accepted. If needed, a mix of remote and onsite work is also accepted.
