Logo Specifications:

1. All Artwork Submitted must be in Transparent PNG form, NOT JPG, NOT BMP.

2. [url removed, login to view] Logo represents Our "Mission Statement" behind many Projects, each of which is a Unique Ecommerce Website, or Software Application.

3. The "motto" should be in small italics and PART of the logo.? The motto is: "expecting great ideas" -and should blend with the Logo.

4. This LOGO, including all words, must BECOME ICONIC-especially when shrunk down and RECOGNIZABLE, ATTRACTIVE,INTERESTING AND UNIQUE even when VERY TINY.? The Drawn Man Logo, the Words "[url removed, login to view]" (SM) and our motto, should be obvious, and recognizable even when scaled down to thumbnail size.? If ever this Logo is seen as a tiny thumbnail, all the way up to large Website Size, as the main logo for that site and [url removed, login to view] Words must be hand-drawn. We would like the customized-hand drawn words. [url removed, login to view], and a tiny "SM" statment as well as the motto all drawn and Original, DO NOT USE CANNED FONTS.? Colors chosen overall should coordinate well, and BE EXTREMELY VISIBLE when scaled down to thumbnail.

5. The LOGO CONCEPT.? You CAN exaggerate the brain-so it doesn't look like an egghead-but actually (might be funny) -looks "pregnant" "pregnant-head" -that will be funny/wierd-and catch people's attention and create a buzz. I was thinking of putting a pregnant stomach with a belly button on his head? A litte controversial but funny.? PREGNANT and will be GIVING BIRTH to ideas, expecting great ideas-with a "very pregnant head" -like his head is expecting? A YOUNG (19-20 year old), Hip, Cool, DJ, Computer Nerd Type, Goatee is okay, Maybe Sunglasses, NEVER SINISTER, NEVER MEAN/ANGRY, but instead an idea person-tech person, Young Einstein Type, but attractive/handsome with the most modern expression and fashions.? He should be "bald" (do a Google search on Entertainer "moby" or a "bald" keanu reeves for possible concept).?

6. The [url removed, login to view] Character Must have a Head which contains a Womans Pregnant stomach, with belly button showing -but MUST NOT BE GROSS-NOT DISTURBING, but Funny/Interesting is Okay.? Placenta or other "organic" ideas-are NOT to be used.? Do not show his Brain, again refer to the Entertainer Moby or a bald keanu reeves as a reference of a "bald" person.? DO NOT COPY ANY PHOTOGRAPH OF THIS ENTERTAINER, as these are copyrights held by their respective owners.? The [url removed, login to view] Woman's Stomach on His Head should be large and Obvious and Interesting/Funny, but not "wierd" or "offensive".? I would prefer that it does not flop over to one side.? If Appropriate, "hats" (beret) may be okay-and showing black hair growing underneith is okay. Any hat and hair that keeps the character looking cool and not wierd/strange is good.?

7. The Logo must be 100 percent Original, 100 percent Your own concept, completely created by you from sketches and drawings and Artwork, and cannot derive or come from ANY PHOTOGRAPH, OR ARTWORK, from any third party and may not trespass in any way with any photographs of any live person, or plagerize existing artwork or copyrights!? The Artwork may not RESEMBLE any known Artwork, or Entertainer, but must be a complete Original from Your own Mind.? All copyright to ALL the SOURCE CODE, must be surrendered upon sale and you may not resell this yourself or to any other party, this must be in writing with signature.

8. The Artists instincts and Vision in what exactly this website overall SHOULD BE-is desired. Your overall VISION is what I'm trying not to lose and can be captured by either You creating a simple website Yourself, or making specific guidelines, exact suggestions or notes or pictorials using phototshop? etc, so that another Designer must follow to the letter Your Vision of rules/colors/images "allowed" be used with Your logo.? I don't want to screw up your difficult logo work by making a crappy website design, so it is "designer" and DOESN'T MISMATCH-or look "ODD/STRANGE" in conjunction with Your logo? It should contain a Top Menu, Left Menu, and Present Who We are and our Mission Statement in an Interesting Way. Please DO NOT USE FLASH.

9. Artist must be capable of creating pencil sketches to save time

and money.
