We can make it in VB.NET NET it would be better and We would strongly suggest, but if you insist we can make it in VB6 also. First you would have to send as detailed specification of requirements you need and then we would make a database (diagram of database we will send to you to check) then we would make user interface. We would send you user interface to you to check it out and to approve. If you have some change you will specify it and we will make the change. If you agree then we will start developing code. We are new here but we are not new in programming. Also we would suggest using MS SQL Server 2000 but if you like we can use MS Access 2003 or MySQL. You will also receive a weekly report of advancement in software development.
