We are using Panasonic TDE100 EPBAX system in our office.

we want to communicate between my ERP built in [url removed, login to view] 2010 and EPBAX system.
We want to know if we can accomplish some tasks using TAPI (Telephony Application Programming Interface) and TAPI controls.
Can you guys guide me to accomplish these tasks.
eg. Recording of conversation.--- Converting the Voice packets to sound files.
How can we view which line on epbax is in use.
Call Transfer etc. for Incoming calls between Customer Support people. Like a Call center solution
Incoming call number identification to pull up the customer record before the call is picked up for answering.
We are very new to Telephonic programming - Can you also suggest us how do we connect Panasonic Epbax to a PC.
We need initial guidance and some code for getting started with TAPI for Panasonic. How to accomplish the basic Tasks is important. We will be developing it further on our own.
