Create an online Fannie Mae form 1003 submission process.

1) Wizard based interface for end user to enter information for a loan application. The form will be based on the attached [url removed, login to view] document. Each section of the PDF will be a different step in the wizard. For example, step 1 of the wizard will be "Type of Mortgage and Terms of Loan". Step 2 will be "Property Information and Purpose of Loan." User should be able to move back and forth between steps before doing final submission of information. Where possible, convert areas of forms with checkboxes to a drop down box. For example ("Property will be" in Section 2). As much as possible, the original "look and feel" of the 1003 form should be retained on the web interface. When the user gets to the final step and submits the document, it should be saved in the database.
2) Function to convert a record to the "1003 Version 3.2 Residential Loan Data File Format". The specs are included in this zip file ([url removed, login to view]). The primary key of the loan application should be the input to this function, and a text stream should be the output.
