Map an Internet Server as a Windows Drive

I need someone to write a program to integrate an FTP server into the Windows file system by mapping it to a drive letter. I'm looking for the same basic functionality as a program called WebDrive v6.0 by South River Tech (without violating their copyrighted code). That software can be downloaded at:
