I want a macro for Outlook 2007 which will pop up a form to remind me if I have not attached a file if certain keywords are found in a message. The form should have two buttons, one to confirm sending the mail without an attachment and one to cancel sending the mail so the attachment can be added.
I have several email accounts set up and different signatures, some with images (which Outlook treats as an attachment) and some containing the word "attachments" so the macro needs to be able to be set up to recognise which account is used and adjust accordingly.
I should be able to select or remove keywords in a user form or the macro needs to be well commented so that I can easily add or change keywords. I need to be able to add and remove email account information as well.
It should also ignore the keywords if found in the original message in a reply.
