VBA to C# code conversion and optimization

We have run an automatic converter for a ~25k line VB6 project into C#, and would like to address the bulk of the conversion errors (top ~80-90% of errors). We need a freelancer to go through the compile errors, and create code that will programmatically fix the conversion errors, either with pre-processing the VB6 code, or post-processing the converted C# code. We want to minimize any manual fixes, so any subsequent conversions can be fixed automatically.
There are 47 different error codes being reported, though 80% of the ~600 errors are in just 10 different error codes (see attached [login to view URL] file for errors). So, most of the errors should be solvable with single programmatic changes applied across multiple errors. Many errors relate to the use of VB collections, so the freelancer will need to help with deciding how to fix this - either changing to Dictionary objects, or making the VB Collections work.
The project requires taking the automatically converted code, solving compile errors programmatically, and delivery of any conversion tools, with source code, written in C#. A recommendation is also needed on areas where we should refactor the code (or replace with .NET API's) for better performance.
