I can work EST business hours from India and have run dedicated EST shifts for VMware Cloud Director operations before. A lot of VCD pain comes from NSX-T config drift and certificate lifecycles — solve those and your ticket volume drops significantly. I currently support a cloud provider running vCloud Director 10.3/10.4 with NSX-T 3.x across ~250 ESXi hosts and ~5,000 VMs, handling daily ops, ServiceNow ticketing, and automation. My plan: monitor VCD/NSX-T health, automate certificate renewals and common remediation with PowerCLI/Python, triage and resolve ServiceNow tickets, keep runbooks current, and deliver concise daily handovers during the EST shift. Quick details you asked for: VCD 9.7/10.3/10.4 experience, vSphere 6.7–7.0, NSX-T 2.x/3.x, VCP-DCV certified. I confirm I can work EST hours consistently. My rate is CAD 30/hour. Which VCD and NSX-T versions and how many orgs/tenants are in your environment?

Hi there. I see you need someone in India who can handle VCD support during EST hours. I’ve worked with VCD in production setups, including v10.x and v11, managing orgVDCs, networks, and tenant issues. I’m fine working the 6:30pm-2:30am IST shift. I focus on keeping things stable and responding fast to issues. I’d handle the work by: - Watching VCD, vCenter, and NSX alerts - Handling VM tasks, snapshots, and migrations - Fixing network issues in NSX-T - Working tickets in ServiceNow - Doing patching and routine tasks I can start right away and the schedule works for me. Can you share whether your VCD setup uses NSX-T exclusively or a mix of NSX-V and NSX-T? Thanks, Slavko
