Voice Bot Testing Specialist Needed

Job Type: Freelance / Contract Location: Japan (Preferred) / Remote Job Description: We are looking for a freelance tester based in Japan who can help evaluate and test a voice bot system across different phone numbers and languages. The role involves making test calls, interacting with the voice bot, and providing detailed feedback on its performance, response accuracy, and overall user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct test calls to the voice bot using different phone numbers (Indian number, local Japanese number, and if feasible numbers from other countries). - Interact with the voice bot and evaluate its response quality, latency, and conversational flow. - Test the voice bot in English (mandatory) and additional languages if known. - Record observations and share structured feedback on issues, inaccuracies, or improvements. - Validate whether the bot is responding correctly to prompts and queries during calls. Language Requirements: - Mandatory: English - Preferred: Japanese, Romanian, Filipino, Indonesian Testing Requirements: - Ability to make calls from multiple phone numbers if available (Indian number, Japanese number, and other country numbers). - Test different conversation scenarios and prompts. - Provide detailed feedback on the bot’s responses, pronunciation, and understanding. Preferred Qualifications: - Native or fluent speaker in any of the preferred languages. - Experience in voice bot / chatbot / AI testing is a plus. - Good documentation and reporting skills.
