I am looking for a professional English voice-over artist for an online technical/educational course with a total video duration of approximately 10 hours. American English/accent is preferred, with a clear, natural, and professional voice suitable for teaching and software demonstrations. I will provide the recorded videos and corresponding English subtitles/transcripts. Scope of Work * Record a professional human voice-over based on the provided subtitles/transcripts. * Synchronize the narration accurately with the video, including on-screen demonstrations. * Edit and integrate the audio and deliver the final rendered videos with proper audio-video synchronization. * Maintain consistent voice quality and audio levels throughout the course. Important Requirements * Human voice-over only. AI-generated, synthetic, cloned, or virtual voices are strictly not permitted. * Clear professional English pronunciation; American English is preferred. * Voice should be natural and engaging, suitable for technical teaching/demonstration. * Freelancer should be capable of both voice recording and video/audio synchronization. * An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) must be signed before sharing the complete project files. Sample & Application I will provide a 2–3 minute sample video and subtitles. Applicants are requested to record the voice-over, synchronize it with the video, and submit the completed sample for evaluation before the full project is awarded.
