Summary: I need help re-configuring my number in Trengo (a communication platform with Twilio). At the moment when you call the number, an error message occurs.

What happened: I had a developer set it up and it was working fine. In Trengo, they created two voice channels that were connected to the same number. I wanted to simplify and only have one channel. Since I deleted the channel, inbound calls are no longer working (not calls can be made outbound)!

The developer I was working with is not responding and I don't have access to their code or server.

I think the best step forward is to re-configure the number and start fresh.

I need a Twilio expert who can help me (non-technical) fix this situation ASAP! Looking for this to be done today! Please only apply if you can make this your priority for the next few hours!
