TV-Friendly CSS Grid Layout

I need someone with strong CSS knowledge to make adjustments to an HTML/CSS layout. The layout works perfectly on my computer, but it looks different when displayed on a TV; I need it to work just as well on the TV as it does on my computer. I have attached photos showing how it looks on both devices. The maximum I will pay for this project is $30; it is a very basic task, but I don't have the time to do it myself—I need to focus on the actual programming and can't afford to spend time on CSS. Please do not bid if you want more than $30, as I will not pay more than that. (I've had issues with people bidding and then charging a different amount later.)
