La parte más difícil de este proyecto no es la animación. Es lograr que la tecnología se sienta humana. Muchos videos “startup” terminan viéndose genéricos porque muestran interfaces bonitas, pero no transmiten por qué la plataforma realmente importa para la vida diaria de las personas. Aquí el valor emocional ya existe: dominicanos ayudando a otros dominicanos a tomar decisiones importantes con información real. Eso cambia completamente el enfoque creativo. Yo trabajaría el video como una mezcla entre storytelling cinematográfico y visualización tecnológica moderna. No como publicidad tradicional. El ritmo, las transiciones, la música y la narrativa deben sentirse aspiracionales, útiles y cercanas al mismo tiempo. Lo interesante del concepto es que no solo habla de vivienda. Habla de tranquilidad, prevención y comunidad. Ahí está el verdadero impacto emocional. También veo una gran oportunidad visual en los mapas dinámicos, heatmaps, dashboards y reportes comunitarios. Si se integran bien, el proyecto puede verse al nivel de una startup tecnológica real, no como una plataforma local improvisada. Algo que cuidaría mucho es evitar la saturación visual. En este tipo de videos, menos elementos pero mejor dirigidos suele generar una sensación más premium y más creíble.
