Project Scope: ThemeForest Template Customisation for WHS Consultancy Website Overview I require a freelancer to customise a ThemeForest website template for my Work Health & Safety consultancy business (OTTO Group). This is a simple static website (no e-commerce functionality) designed to showcase our services and company information. The site must be modern, professional, and appeal to a corporate audience, with a blocky, masculine layout style. We believe we have already chosen our preferred template: Invena – Business Consulting HTML Template (ThemeForest) This is an elegant, well-coded template that aligns nicely with the OTTO Group scope. It includes a variety of section options, subtle animations, and clean layouts. Please review the template and its demo pages, and let us know your approach to updating and modifying layouts/sections to suit our requirements. What I Will Provide ThemeForest template link (above). An Excel document setting out the website page hierarchy and content order. A brand colour/style guide (PDF attachment with colour codes, font preferences, and usage rules). All written content for each page. Imagery/photos will be supplied closer to handover — please use placeholders during the build. Logo files. Scope of Work Install and configure the chosen ThemeForest template. Apply brand colours, typography, and styling as per the provided guide. Remove/add/update template sections to align with the website page hierarchy document. Replace demo content with supplied text and temporary placeholder images until final imagery is provided. Ensure the layout feels blocky, modern, and masculine. Configure navigation and footer menus according to hierarchy. Ensure the site is mobile-responsive. Optimise for basic speed and SEO readiness (metadata, image compression, clean code). Deliver a fully functional website hosted on my server/domain (please clarify if hosting setup is included, or if that sits outside the ThemeForest purchase). Deliverables Customised ThemeForest-based static website with pages/sections mapped to the attached Excel hierarchy. The designer/developer will need to determine the final layout and number of pages required based on this structure. Branding correctly applied throughout (colours, fonts, logo). Placeholder imagery during development, swapped with final photos at handover. Functional, responsive, and polished website. Basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags). Requirements Demonstrated experience customising ThemeForest templates. Strong eye for modern corporate design. Ability to make structural changes to template sections (add/remove/reorder). Clear communication and regular progress updates. Timeline Website must be developed and live by 10th September 2025.
