Bahrain Directory & Review Platform

I am kicking off the first phase of a comprehensive Bahraini local-business directory and review platform and need a development partner who can get the core experience right from day one. In this release I want every listed company—whether it is a neighbourhood shop, a specialised service provider, or a healthcare professional—to appear with rich, well-structured information, genuine customer reviews, and a simple but compelling engagement element centred on special offers and deals. Direct messaging and appointment booking are on the roadmap, so the codebase must be modular enough to absorb those features later without refactoring the whole stack. The brief attached in the RFP details layout, data fields, taxonomy, and basic user flows. At a high level the deliverable for this phase is a responsive web application (front end, back end, and admin console) that allows: • Businesses to create and manage their profiles, publish limited-time offers, and monitor incoming reviews. • Consumers to browse or search, read reviews, and redeem listed deals. • Administrators to curate listings, moderate reviews, and view high-level analytics. Launch-ready deployment, clean documentation, and clear hand-over are mandatory acceptance criteria. If we work well together this will grow into a long-term collaboration as the platform scales and new engagement features go live.
