Booking Website and Mobile App

I need a website and mobile app designed for booking and reservations. The platform should support both single and recurring bookings. User authentication is essential, specifically through email and password login. Additionally, the system must integrate a payment capability to facilitate transactions. ,,i want to start a laundry pickup/wash/dry/fold/delivery service in the North Atlanta metro area. the ----site would need to have a scheduling function so that customers can request a pickup day and time and include any notes or special add ons. i have a price list with services and costs.
