How I would spend the first hours, so you can judge me on something real before committing to a full MVP: - Auth and profile schema for the two roles, brand and creator. - WebSocket messaging: one searchable thread per pair, file attachment, delivered and read state, and history that survives a reconnect. - Search and filter over creator profiles. - Dashboards and the admin flagging panel after that, once messaging holds under a reconnect test. On Instagram login: it is viable, but Meta review takes weeks and can be refused. I would ship email login first and run the Instagram track in parallel, so your launch date never depends on someone else's approval queue. Telling you otherwise would cost you the timeline. What I need from you: a repository and the hosting you want to run on. Not included: handling the Meta app review, paid infrastructure, and moderation staffing. If the first block of hours does not produce working messaging you can try yourself, you do not pay for them. Which do you want first, messaging or auth and profiles?
