Composite Image Generation with PHP

I am looking for a PHP developer to create a web page that generates a composite image by combining a background image from a MySQL database with a QR code. The QR code should be generated using the PHP QR Code library from a unique string that includes both the image ID and the logged-in user ID (fetched from a session variable). The final composite image should be displayed directly on the webpage. The ideal freelancer should have strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with image manipulation using the GD library or similar. Experience with session handling and QR code generation in PHP is a must.
