Cryptocurrency website project

Have a small cryptocurrency project that I need help with. There are a few things to this project:
1) It will be a website that displays charts/trends of value for certain cryptocurrencies from API
2) Needs to have a setup for someone to easily create blog posts
3) Needs to have a cryptocurrency calculator. Calculation will be between Fiat and crypto and a few other things. Will explain more. Data will come from APIs. This will be a constant calculation to see certain data ongoing. Data will be tabulated and also shown in graph / trend. There will be 2 different calculators.
4) The cryptocurrency calculator will also send data in Tele gram bot to user daily
5) Payment system needs to be set up so person can pay monthly fee for this calculator and have login access to it. There can be a free trial period.
6) I will provide simple design for home page and other pages
7) Needs to have email subscription so when they enter email, I get an email and at the same time they get an email with a PDF document.
