Project Description We are looking for a developer to build a new online platform that connects recent graduates from Europe with companies from the India. The goal is to create a bridge between young talent and international career opportunities. The platform should serve as a user-friendly and professional environment where students can showcase their profiles and CVs, and companies can post job openings and connect with candidates. Key Features: User Profiles – Students/Graduates Registration and login (via email, LinkedIn, or Google). Ability to upload CVs and personal details. Profile including education, skills, and work experience. Employer Profiles – Companies Company page with information and logo. Ability to post and manage job listings. Job Board & Search Functionality Overview of available job vacancies. Filters (e.g., by sector, location, education level, skills). Candidates can apply directly through their profile or by uploading a CV. Applications & Communication Employers receive and review applications. (Optional) Built-in messaging or contact function between employers and candidates. Admin Dashboard Admin control over user accounts and job postings. Basic reporting (number of users, number of vacancies, etc.). Expected Outcome: An initial MVP (Minimum Viable Product) that is good enough to test with both students and employers. It should look professional, be user-friendly, and easily scalable for future phases. Technology Preferences: We are open to suggestions, but two potential approaches are: WordPress (with a Job Board plugin) for a quick and cost-effective start. Bubble (no-code platform) for more flexibility and custom features. Deliverables: A working online version of the platform. Responsive design (desktop + mobile). Short documentation or a guide on how we can manage accounts, job listings, and content ourselves. Optional / Nice-to-Have Features: AI-powered matching or recommendations (future roadmap).
