After upgrading my Suprema Biostar 2 installation on a Windows machine the web interface is no longer accessible. The problem showed up immediately after the upgrade and it is not a simple blank page, error message, or frozen button—it just fails in a different, unexplained way. I need someone who knows Biostar 2 inside-out (and, by extension, its bundled web server, database links, Windows services and ports) to investigate, identify the root cause, and restore normal access. SSL settings, Tomcat or Jetty configs, service dependencies, firewall rules—whatever is preventing the login page from loading—must be checked methodically and fixed without touching any of the existing user data. Deliverables • Working Biostar 2 web login page confirmed in a browser on the host and at least one remote PC. • A concise list of steps or configuration changes you made so I can document the fix internally.
