Full Transport Management System Build

I need a single, integrated system that lets me run every aspect of my transport company from one dashboard. The core modules I must have are fleet management, smart route and scheduling optimisation, driver-salary handling, and automated LR (lorry receipt) generation. Three distinct access levels keep everything secure and tidy: an admin back office where I can oversee operations and reporting; a driver portal for live assignments, route updates, and salary slips; and a simple customer area so clients can track their loads in real time. The solution has to work seamlessly on the web, but I also want companion mobile apps and a lightweight desktop interface so my team can choose whatever device is most convenient on the road or in the office.
