My Sharetribe-based marketplace runs on a custom React front end with a small Node/Express layer and an Affirm checkout flow. The platform works, but performance is holding us back: pages hesitate before rendering, and under moderate traffic the app sometimes crashes outright. I do not yet have formal benchmarks, so the very first step will be to help me define realistic, measurable targets for both load times and stability.
