Request Tracker([login to view URL]) is a web application written in Perl. Our company is currently using it for issues tracking. And we'd like to add REST API to the app. The API should accept XML data, and return XML response. One extension with JSON support is here, and it's working well. [login to view URL]::Extension::REST2 I hope you find it useful. Attached our working extension. Our developers found it quite difficult, so please don't apply if you are not experienced.
