Residential Property Share Platform

The goal is to build a full-featured web platform where visitors can invest in residential real estate by purchasing fractional shares online. At its core the site needs secure user account registration and management so investors can sign up, verify their details, and monitor their holdings. A clean property-listing section with search and filter capability will showcase each home, the share price, available slots, photos, and key financial metrics. When an investor decides to buy, the checkout flow must connect to a reliable payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or another PCI-compliant solution) and record the transaction immediately in the system. On my side an Admin dashboard should let me create and update listings, upload images and documents, manage payouts, and view user activity in real time. User roles are simple for launch—Admin and Investor—so role-based access control can be straightforward: Administrators handle everything behind the scenes while Investors see only their portfolio and public market data. If the architecture keeps future roles (such as Property owners) in mind that would be a plus, but it is not required now.
