I want to build a single, integrated application—available as an Android app and a browser-based portal—that keeps every facet of our educational society in one place. The core modules I need are: • Student information: admissions, personal profiles, attendance, and a real-time view of fee balances. • Finance: cash and bank ledgers, fee receipts, donor pledges versus collections, miscellaneous income, and a full expense workflow that lets staff raise a request, teachers attach supporting bills, and the admin account approve or reject it. Once approved, the entry should post automatically to the books. • Academic records: a simple interface for teachers to upload exam papers and later publish results so students can view them instantly. • Staff & payroll: basic HR data plus salary processing tied into the same financial ledger. • Year-end export: one-click download of the entire financial year (in Excel or CSV) so my chartered accountant can import it directly. Role-based access is essential. Students see only their own profile, fees, and results. Teachers should handle attendance, exam content, and their own expense claims. Administrative staff get broader entry rights, while I, as super-admin, retain full oversight of everything, including the approval queue for expenses. I am happy for you to choose the tech stack that best supports a shared codebase for Android and Web—Flutter, React + React Native, or a similar approach—provided it remains easy to maintain and extend. After the first release, I expect a short phase for real-world tweaks and additional features, so please structure the project with clean code, modular design, and database migrations in mind. Deliverables 1. Responsive Web portal and Android APK/AAB. 2. Source code with clear setup instructions. 3. Database schema and an initial migration script. 4. Administrator guide and brief user handbook for staff and teachers. 5. Final year-end export tested with my CA.
