Sensory Toy Online Store Build

I’m setting up a vibrant, kid-friendly online store focused on selling colourful visual sensory toys. I need the full e-commerce experience from an eye catching home page to a friction free checkout-so that parents can quickly discover products, add them to cart, and complete their purchase on any device. Scope of work • Design and develop a responsive storefront that lets the bright colours and textures of each toy shine through high-resolution photos and short videos. • Build product pages that highlight benefits for children with sensory needs, include size and material details, and support zoomable gallery images. • Integrate secure payment gateways (credit/debit, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay) and automated tax/shipping calculations. • Set up real-time live chat support so customers can ask questions before buying. • Implement basic SEO, product tagging and filters (age range, colour, theme) and structure the catalogue so I can later add auditory or tactile toy lines without a full redesign. • Add a simple dashboard where I can track orders, manage stock, upload new products, and generate discount codes. Acceptance criteria 1. Store loads in under three seconds on mobile and desktop. 2. End-to-end test order processes successfully with confirmation emails sent. 3. Live chat appears on every page and logs conversations in the admin panel. 4. All core pages pass WCAG AA colour-contrast guidelines. 5. I receive clear hand-over notes or a short video walkthrough showing how to add new products and view sales reports. Feel free to suggest whether Shopify, WooCommerce, or another platform is the best fit, but keep future scalability in mind. Once the site is live and the first ten products are uploaded, the project is complete.
