Here’s what the build must achieve: • WordPress foundation configured for scalability and easy theme customisation. • Custom post type for “Player” with fields for personal data, stat tables, and video uploads or YouTube/Vimeo embeds. • Front-end submission workflow so athletes or scouts can create and update their own profiles (pending admin approval). • Advanced filters (age range, position, nationality, key metrics) to help recruiters pinpoint prospects instantly. • Responsive, lightweight design that loads video highlights smoothly on mobile and desktop. • Clean, exportable database structure so raw stats can feed future match-statistics or scouting-report modules.
