Spain-Wide Long-Term Rental Platform

I want to launch an online platform that lets landlords list—-and tenants quickly find—-long-term rentals anywhere in Spain. The very first release must concentrate on the listings themselves: apartments, houses, and villas, each showing at minimum the property size, number of rooms, and monthly rent. Photos, a location map, and an availability date field can ride along if they make the workflow smoother, but the mandatory data points are those three. From a user-flow perspective, landlords need an intuitive dashboard where they can add, edit, and deactivate their properties, while renters should be able to filter by region, price, size, and room count, then save or share favourites. The stack is up to you—React with a Node.js API, Django with DRF, or another modern web framework are all fine—as long as the codebase is clean, documented, and ready for future expansion (rental agreements and integrated support will follow in later phases). Deliverables (MVP) • Responsive front-end with search & filter • Landlord listing form capturing size, rooms, rent (+ photos, map optional) • Property detail page displaying the captured data clearly • Basic user authentication for landlords and renters • Admin view for moderating submissions • Deployment instructions and a short hand-off call or video walkthrough Acceptance Criteria – Adding and editing a listing reflects instantly in search results without page refresh. – Mandatory fields (size, rooms, rent) cannot be bypassed. – Spanish and English UI text loaded from a single translation file for future i18n growth. – Code passes linting tests and ships with readable README.
