With 547 thousand deaths and 168 thousand funeral insurance claims, the year one forecast is 15 thousand notices, reaching 150 thousand notices in year five.
With a budget of 1 gigabyte for multimedia per notice, 15 terabytes will be required for year one, reaching 150 terabytes in year five.
The expectation is that each notice will be accessed 200 times.
The project will be phased: Registration, Obituary, Mortuary list, Condolences, Statistics and the rest.
