Web Developer for Script to Reply to Job Candidates on Job Board

We are looking for a talented web developer to write a script that replies to job candidates on a job board we are using. We will provide details on how the script should function but essentially we have a message template we would like to instant reply with and the script will send the reply then go to the next candidate and do the same thing until we stop it or it runs out of candidates to message. The developer should be motivated to work on this right away until it's finished.
