WEB DEVELOPMENT *** PART ONE: SOLVE PROBLEM OF ROUTES OF SALES - I need a web application, which from a set of points (stores or clients with coordinates), allows me to divide these by zones, in a number of determined areas, based on: 1. Travel distance. Which the same tool should provide this distance in kilometers from an available road network. 2. Volume of sales. 3. Sales by weight by customers. 4. Among other variables. The application must solve this problem, for example: From an X number of clients, divide these into X number of zones, taking into account either a variable such as the distance of travel, or taking into account many variables such as sales, sales volume in weight, etc. The input table (xls or csv) will contain: client name, client ID, X (coordinate), Y (coordinate), variable 1, variable 2, variable 3, etc. The result of this must place a number (1,2,3,4, etc) in a field, indicating that this trade will belong to a certain area, based on the selected variables. This is a tool to structure and restructure sales routes from a list of customers. *** SECOND PART: GRAPHICS (CHARTS) AND HEAT MAPS This same tool should allow me to upload an excel file with sales information (sales per month, quarterly, volume, etc), coordinates (X and X), and allow me to map this information, at the same time I must build graphs, heat maps and Different types of options for decision making. You must allow to export these graphs and maps in image format: JPG, to make presentations. Take as a graphing model, similar to the Power Bi application. I give you an example: I have the same starting point for everyone, which is the distribution center. I have 10 salespeople, and I have 300 clients. I need to divide those 300 clients among the 10 sellers. The mathematical answer would be easy, I give 30 clients to each one; but it really is not like that, since the distance of travel for each client is not the same, therefore 30 clients will not correspond to each one, besides I have in the same table the quantity that each client buys and the volume, If I want to distribute the clients in an equitable way, it can not be a division, all these variables must be contemplated. I repeat, the point where these vendors come from, will always be the same, which is the distribution center. I could take and divide 30 for each one, but it would not make sense in real life.

Hi. I used to work at enterprise GIS company (both Esri and SuperMap) on management level and just recently starting my own business. Correct me if I'm wrong but basically what you are trying to create is Fleet Managament for Sales, where you can get analytics for more cost-effective sales movement and increase work efficiency by including all attributes relevant for decision making process. It also needs to be shown on map as well. If you are trying to create Web apps about this, there are a couple things, among all the other details, that needed to be considered 1. When do you need this apps to be running? 2. Budget wise, you will need more than 7000 USD just to create web apps with this function even when you are using Open Source GIS Software. Have you considered other solution? 3. Do you really need this to be created under GIS environment or would you be open for business analytics with location intelligence included? 4. Are you going to use Cloud storage or do you have in house server for database? 5. Is there any other software you want to integrated with? 6. Did you already considered the performance on the platform? Web Apps using python language is slow, while using Java can be hard as well and all the other things. Frankly, I can help you create this function perfectly. But the least amount money that I needed is that much, since I will use SuperMap platform to create it.
