I'm looking to develop a website that would allow a subscribing user to log into an online interface (via password) to show stocks that have gone unclaimed. They would log into the home page (page 1, attached) and complete a one-time setup of their dormancy period (page 3). As the administrator, I would upload data from a spreadsheet (example attached) into an interface that would present itself on page 2 of the site.
The programming would take the imported spreadsheet data, apply a formula from the given dormancy period, and create printable letters (via Word, Crystal Reports, pdf etc) that the user could print (an example of a letter is attached). The fields on page 2 would need to be able to be sorted by the variables listed and printed either individually or in batches. Also, I'd like to have a help page where people could submit questions or problems to my email address.
The type of programming code and visual quality aren't very important--the functionality just needs to work properly. I can provide designed versions of each page or give you examples of pages with comparable visual quality.
