We run established online store that sells medicine-related products. We have huge customer base and we are looking to set up a call center to advertise our products through phone calls to our customers. Basically you will be provided with the following details:
* Chunk of our customers database w/ telephone number and customer's name
* Access to our call center through SIP protocol (call from your computer using software program)
* Access to our billing system where you will be able to submit orders while speaking on the phone with customer
* Text example of conversation script with customer
Most of our customers are from US and Europe. Most phone calls will be made to US phone numbers.
What is required from you:
* Good english-speaking skills - obviously this is the most important requirement
* Some advertising skills - so that customer buys something from you!
* Good internet connection for phone software to work properly without long delays
We will provide all necessary details, phone software, we cover phone calls expenses.
This task is perfect for a team of people!
This a commission based project - you will be paid 20% from every sale made. I would like to say that our average orders are $200-220, so that means you will get average $40-50 per sale. There's no minimum number of sales you have to do, so do as much as you can.
