market a family based social community site - any experience ?

hi, i am setting a family community website connecting family members the world over. i need to market this site in a big big way - i wud like to get in touch with very experienced vendors who have had a track record and experience in marketing family based social communities/websites like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] etc. the earnings in this project is huge - but only serious, qualified, and competent vendors with prior track record in handling social communities need to apply. i need to add 10,000 paid users to the site in 90 days...so pl bid only if u r capable and have the track record for delivering the same - and if you have strong reference, and prior track record wiht simialr projects. we are looking for a long term mutually beneficial relationship of integrity and trust - and would only like to work with vendors who have and are capable of delivering - wud include any and all activities related to marketing this site to deliver these nos. regards ashokh
