Website Data Entry

This website will be using Moodle as a CMS. See moodle.org. I need a website populated with information. Information containing links, rss feeds and important STATE public information. The data will be sorted by State, City. Contain: Discussion forums, calendar, RSS feeds, Links, Jobs board. More pertinent data the better. Bidder will need to do research by state. All 50 states will need information sorted by free and vendor. You must know moodle CMS. A basic page will be provided. Bidder will copy template page and populate a section per state.
