3-Way Links Needed (or Organic One-Ways)

Hello, I need 30 One-Way links from relevant source sites pointing to one of my sites in the investigation niche. The links can either be one-way links from another website, or a 3-way arrangement. The PAGE on which the link is placed must be PR 1 or higher. I'm a very accomplished and experienced SEO; many of my websites have top rankings across all the major search engines from my own efforts so I know the game. I'm outsourcing solely to save time and speed up results.
