Vice President of Sales
We are looking for our Vice President of Sales. This is not a "normal" position where years of experience as a VP of Sales get a candidate in the door, rather one that requires our future VP of Sales set an example.
The compensation plan once hired full time is 250K+ per year. During the trail phase the position will be commission only. The trail phase will only last until the candidate has sold 150k of services. After that point they would be brought on as a salaried employee and would be on the fast track to becoming our VP of sales, i.e. we see continued sales progress.
Many would opt not to follow through with this as it is commission only to start with but consider the following, there is no travel required, a internet and email are the only tools needed, 20 - 50% on services depending on the amount of services sold.
In short our company has tripled its growth and profit every year and that is by our senior staff being able to do vs manage. Once they have shown they can do the jobs of those they are managing they are taken out of the field. Yes this candidate will need to have internal clients built up from years in the field that they can leverage and they will also be given accounts of ours to call as well.
