Automated Web Scraping

I am looking for someone who can write a programme that is able to extract data from a secure (logged in) website. This data is on multiple pages (which would normally require you click at the bottom of the page, page 1, page 2. There could be 30 pages one day and another day may only have 5 pages. The data is split into multiple columns. Once this data is automatically exported it is then then compared against a spreadsheet and depending on the outcome of the comparison of the data, it will send an email for each *match* between the two data sets, of which there could be multiple matches. It will then repeat the process over and over again every minute of the day, without requiring any intervention by a human.
