Build a job search website AND contact details for every job result it brings up (Read Description and competitors)

A website which acts like a mass job board scraper but also finds contact details per job. So similar to website like:
Job rapido, indeed, fish4jobs
The user (who will be a recruiter) will search as normal (like a normal job board) e.g. search, location, when posted such as contract/perm/ temporary / part time, direct company OR recruitment company.
The search results will then pull up the results. I already have the web scrape code I can share but we may add more to this.
The search results:
Once the information is pulled up the user should be able to click on the job and it will embed the job onto the website.
Each job which is pulled I would like to display
1. Information about the job (e.g. job advert)
- This is quite easy as the job board is prewritten
2. Any contact details from the advert
3. Generic Email and phone addresses from the company
- This info can be automated from a simple google search OR might be on the advert
4. X3 Direct email details (e.g. phone and email) for a person in the company (ideally; HR, CEO, CFO, Internal Recruitment)
- This can be integrated from websites like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] but do you have another solution for finding direct emails and/or contact details per job we pull?
Desirable features
5. Linkedin profiles (just a URL) of the contacts
- The user could log into our website using their linkeidn and we can automate a search? The search would be (job title, job skills searched on their linked)
6. Linkedin profiles of potential candidates
- Based on the job website
7. Companies house/registration number
- This is publicly available information found here [login to view URL]
8. Glassdoor review
- Per company would be nice to integrate a link to the company glassdoor review (if it had one)
Essentially, we would like this to be a job recruitment website which also gives contact details for each job.
1,2 3 and 4 are essential and the 5 and 6 regarding linkedin are desirable.
Website features:
Live job search function
Clients can make an account (once they have paid) and have a dashboard
Contact details of each job which is pulled
ability for results to be downloaded to an excel or cvs file and either emailed or just downloaded from site (whatever is easier for the developer)
ability to automate results e.g. a user can get the search results emailed to them at 9am everyday etc.
Website design:
Information such as job results are displayed, but the contact details are blurred out to require the user to purchase and make an account which will be a monthly fee.
