I am looking for properties I can rent and use for AirBnB (short term rentals) properties. Once this list is obtained by small area (zip code), compare to a list of approved houses to make sure they are not with 660 feet of an existing short-term rental property. This can be found here: [login to view URL] Record your data in a supplied google 'sheets' or excel document. Fill out empty cells with the info we are looking for. Job #2. Look for rentals on [login to view URL] and filter out properties that are NOT on the above list. Email and obtain address of property with a supplied email template.
