Build me a WordPress website

I want a one page WordPress website built with 10-15 inner pages linked from sections on the landing page.
Main Navigation link will navigate to the sections on the home page.
Sections for Services, Contact info, About, Testimonials, Corporate customer Logos, Blog, News, NewsLetter, Call to Action etc. to be on the landing page.
The website is needed to be built following a pre-designed website demo. Header and Footer to be same as demo. I shall provide Content and Section requirements on the home page to the selected bidders.
Following functional and non functional requirements also need to be done:
• Responsive Design/Mobile Responsive Website.
• SSL ready.
• CMS Technology-based (so you can edit yourself in future).
• Easy to navigate/Bug Free.
• Social media page links and content Share buttons.
• Image widget, Packages & Price widget, Testimonial widget and other related widget setup.
• Site test on all major browsers.
• 1 months ongoing support after completion.
I require few revisions before it is finalized.
Please provide estimated quote and time frame.
Website is needed to be built in your development server and shifted later to my hosting space.
