1. Need to choose best login process. (page should contains all other links like change password, forget password like that but not limited to this.) Login page will be same for all modules.
2. In the signup process have to be choose type of user and we need to generate access key with minimum info.
3. At fist time login they need to enter access key to proceed to complete the profile.
1. In student module we need provide fowling user input tasks.
2. PERSONAL detail.
3. Present and permanent address with all respective things, developers have to choose right approach to provide nice design and fields.
4. Educations details there we should not maintain static data like (Degree name Btech or Mtech). We need get all this data from table.
5. If you feel that the required data may change or enhance in future, please maintain this data in table.
6. And also student have able to upload the resume, photo graph and more if it required.
7. Required add more tabs like placement papers, Tips to build resume and more to fill up entire menu.
All above points are just for information. It is not limited to add any other functionality which should be related to student.
And also the development and table design, look and feel and other technical usage should accept HRK Solutions to go further development.
1. Employer has required create profile in sign up process.
2. AJAX technologies and validation need to be very good.
3. We need to provide information as much as we can in respective fields without entering by employer.
4. Based on employer location.
5. Example once manager choose he/her company it should be bring all respective locations then he/she selects location then we need get all branches in that location. Based on location we need fill up address details.
6. All validation should be done in proper manner.
Above signup process is not limited. Developers will advices more details and good approach as well, it is not limited in add or remove any fields based on requirement.
But it should be only related to employer Signup process.
Employee’s Candidate Search
7. Employer need able to search or pick list students from our date base.
8. Search Criteria should be as shown below. Even it is not limited. If developer have any good idea please discuss with HRK and get approval to develop.
9. Below design is sample one you can choose best approach as well and same design can you in process of student education details submission.
10. the fields in below table is not limited to add or remove, you can choose
required columns to complete search process.

11. Above table to should be expandable to make or add or deleted more search records. You and give a button ADD or Delete.
12. Before search action system should clean and make valid data to submit for search.
13. After search completes we have to provide a list with results.
14. If list is big you can go in deferent pages without changes webpage.
15. Need to provide sorting all respective columns.
16. Need to provide to download to XLS.
17. List columns are not limited any time we can change. Like add or remove.
18. After sorting we can able to pick top 100, 200 or what employer desired number.
