221380 Website Clean up/Design

We have a website currently that needs to be both cleaned up and redesigned. We are looking to have a design that looks like a web with various parts floating inside it. There is very little, if any flash that would likely be incorporated in the design and I can provide a hand drawn picture of what exactly we are trying to accomplish.
